Orders are normally dispatched within 7 – 15 business days of Order Confirmation, subject to all ordered items being in stock. If any items cannot be fulfilled from your order we will contact you via email and offer an alternative solution or a refund. To ensure the fastest dispatch and delivery, please use English characters only when completing your order address details.

LOST / DAMAGED ORDERS
We will do everything in its power to see that your items are delivered correctly and in perfect
condition. We will work with you in the event of a shipping issue. If you believe there has been a
shipping error or other problem with your order, please contact us.
If a tracking number show your order is delivered and you claim it is not, we will ask you to file a
police report for stolen or missing product, before we process a replacement or a refund.

All deliveries require signature upon delivery. If you cannot be reached, please specify a secure shipping address so someone can sign for it.

We are not responsible for any delivery instructions you provide to the delivery company. For example, if you ask the delivery company to leave your order in a different location than the one you specified when you placed your order (for example, in a shed or garage, or with a neighbour), we will not be liable if you fail to do so. Responsible for receipt of order.
